Welcome to ProEdge Soccer. By accessing our website or participating in our training sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. The ProEdge "No-Commitment" Guarantee

ProEdge Soccer operates on a flexible, pay-as-you-go basis.

• No Membership Fees: We do not charge "joining," "initiation," or "registration" fees.

• No Subscriptions: You will never be billed a recurring monthly fee unless you explicitly purchase a multi-session package at your own discretion.

• Cancellation: Since there are no long-term contracts, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full or deducted from the pre-paid training package.

• No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice results in the forfeiture of the full session fee.

2. Payment & Refunds

• Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking or prior to the start of the training session.

• Refund Policy: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty.

3. Compliance with California Law (Health Studio Services)

In accordance with California Civil Code § 1812.85, ProEdge Soccer provides the following protections:

• Right to Cancel: Although we do not use long-term contracts, you have the right to cancel any purchase of services within 5 business days for a full refund of unused sessions.

• Death or Disability: If you become unable to receive services due to death or disability, you or your estate may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund.

• Relocation: If you move more than 25 miles from our training location, you may cancel any unused sessions for a pro-rata refund.

4. Liability & Safety

Participation in soccer involves inherent risks. By agreeing to these terms:

• You certify that the participant is physically fit for high-intensity athletic activity.

• You agree to the terms of our Liability Waiver and Release, which is incorporated here by reference.

• ProEdge Soccer is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property at training facilities.

5. Code of Conduct

To maintain a professional environment, ProEdge Soccer reserves the right to terminate service to any individual who:

• Engages in unsportsmanlike conduct or bullying, verbal abuse, or disrespectful behavior by either the player or the parent.

• Disrupts the training environment for other players.

• Do not support a positive environment. Persistent "moaning," interference with drills, or harassment of staff is considered a breach of this agreement.

• Fails to follow safety instructions provided by coaches.

6. Media Release

You grant ProEdge Soccer permission to use photographs or videos of participants taken during sessions for promotional and marketing purposes (e.g., social media, website).

7. Electronic Communications

By providing your email and phone number, you consent to receive transactional communications regarding your bookings. You may opt-out of marketing emails at any time using the "Unsubscribe" link.
